At the impressive El Villicum racetrack in San Juan, where the regular stage of the 2019 Turismo Carretera season ended, the TACSA pilots secured their qualification to the Gold Cup to fight for the championship of the category in the last 5 dates.
Guillermo Ortelli with Chevrolet, Juan Manuel Silva with Ford and Valentín Aguirre with Dodge completed the first 10 competitions of the year with results that today allow him to be among the 12 drivers who will define the new TC champion.
In the regular stage, Aguirre achieved 2 wins in Neuquén and Termas de Río Hondo, Pato Silva added 2 podiums in Termas and Concordia, and Ortelli was on the podium in Viedma.
